Magic Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 250 ml Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 250 ml Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 5 ml Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Roll into 3 cm wide balls and place onto a non-stick baking sheet; flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Leave to cool off completely and store in an airtight container.
