MAKE IT IN MINUTES MAYONAISE!

1 TopLay egg
3 tsp Lemon juice
300 ml cooking oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp mustard
Add all your ingredients into a bowl or a tall jug that you can use a stick blender in. Be careful not to break the yolk of the egg.
Lower your stick blender into the jug, making sure that it covers the egg yolk completely without breaking it.
Start the stick blender while still holding it over the egg yolk. You will see that the egg starts to emulsify and thicken.
After 30 seconds, bring the blender up while it’s still whizzing. Once everything is properly mixed, you will have a yummy mayonnaise.
