HAVE FUN WITH SPECKLED EGG BLONDIES!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup oil
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
3 TopLay eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 packet speckled eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

TopLay Blondies
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a baking tin.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into your baking tin and sprinkle the speckled eggs on top.
  4. Bake for 30-40min or until cooked through. The blondies should still be soft in the middle, but not completely raw.
  5. Remove the blondies from the tin and allow them to cool before slicing.
