500 g self-raising flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 TopLay eggs
125 ml milk
30 ml oil
1 tin of sweetcorn
200 g cheddar cheese, grated


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Mix the self-raising flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whip the TopLay eggs and oil together in a separate bowl. 
  4. Add the milk to the wet ingredients and mix again. 
  5. Add the sweetcorn to the wet ingredients and mix again. 
  6. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mix and stir well until you have a doughy consistency. 
  7. Scoop your dough into a non-stick bread tin.
  8. Sprinkle the grated cheddar on top of the mixture. 
  9. Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C
  10. Let it cool down in the bread tin before serving.
