Sheet Tray Omelette
Sheet tray omelettes are an easy and quick breakfast recipe to feed a crowd. Add any fillings you prefer and get cooking!

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- Butter or margarine
- 200g cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 250g mushrooms (cooked)
- 3 bell peppers (chopped)
- 125g ham (sliced)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated cheese
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease the sheet tray with the butter or margarine. Whisk together the eggs and add the mixture to the sheet tray. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add the toppings to the sheet tray and top with the cheese.
Step 3
Bake at 180ºC for 10 – 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
