Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- Cooked bacon or fillings of your choice
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Lightly oil the inside of your cooking dish.
Step 2
Mix eggs, fillings, salt and pepper together and pour mixture into the dish.
Step 3
Bake for 12 – 14 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
