Poached Egg in Clingfilm

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Cooking spray
- Clingfilm
- Salt
- Pepper
Method

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, pour in enough water to have about 8 cm and bring to the boil. In the meantime, place a sheet of clingfilm (about 30 cm long) over a small bowl and spray with cooking spray.

Step 2
Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Break a cold egg into the sheet of clingfilm and twist tightly closed. Repeat with the remaining eggs.

Step 4
Gently add the eggs to the simmering water and Ccook for 3 to 5 minutes depending on how firm you want your eggs. Remove eggs with a slotted spoon and remove from the clingfilm. Top with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
