Breakfast Ramen with Bacon

Ingredients
2 Toplay eggs
2 Packets of Ramen noodles
4 Slices of bacon
1 Cup cheddar chees
2 Spring onions
1 Tsp Olive oil
Seasoning
Method
Step 1
Boil noodles according to packaging.
Step 2
Strain noodles and toss with olive oil.
Step 3
Cook bacon pieces over medium heat.
Step 4
Remove when brown and crisp.
Step 5
Add noodles to pan and coat with bacon and bacon fat.
Step 6
Beat eggs with fork then mix with cheese.
Step 7
Pour mixture into pan and mix with noodles and bacon.
Step 8
Season and enjoy!
