
BREAKFAST IS BETTER WITH BLUEBERRY FLAPJACKS!

INGREDIENTS
300 ml of flour
15 ml baking powder
10 ml sugar
2.5 ml salt
30 ml oil
250 ml milk
1 large TopLay egg
200 g blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS

Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and oil.

Mix together the wet and dry ingredients until well combined, then fold in the blueberries.

Grease a pan and spoon the batter into it. One flapjack should be about 60ml of batter.

Cook the flapjacks over a medium heat until bubbles start to form, then flip them to cook the other side. They are ready when the flapjacks are golden brown on each side.
- Serve hot with butter and syrup.
