INGREDIENTS
190 ml self-raising flour
125 ml sugar
2 TopLay eggs
90 ml milk
60 ml oil
5 ml vanilla essence
30 ml vermicelli

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the flour and sugar to a bowl and combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, vanilla essence and eggs.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in the vermicelli.
  4. Grease two mugs and spoon in the mixture until they are two thirds of the way full.
  5. Microwave on a high heat for 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 minutes and enjoy!
