SWEET AND EASY PUFF PASTRY JAM TARTS!
Prep time: 30 min
1 sheet of puff pastry
1/2 cup jam of choice
1 TopLay egg
With a glass or cookie cutter, cut a sheet of puff pastry into circles and place them into a greased muffin tray.
- Use a fork to prick holes in the bottom and fill each cup with a teaspoon of your favourite jam.
- Eggwash the edges of the pastry and bake at 180°C for 20min or until cooked through.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
