For the bee’s body – cut out the individual egg carton sections. Paint it yellow and set aside to dry.

For the legs – cut the black chenille sticks into 6 x 2cm pieces. For the wings – cut the sparkly chenille stick in half and bend it into a heart shape with a long tail. Twist the tail to form one point.

Once the body is dry, glue on the head and googly eyes, and draw a black line across the body. Allow the glue to dry.

Once the glue has dried, use a skewer to make six holes in the bottom and one hole on the top to insert the legs and wings.
