Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are the perfect party snack and are much easier to make than you’d think!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) paprika to garnish
  • 1 tps (5 ml) mustard powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) pickle relish

Method

Step 1

Boil eggs for 8 minutes until cooked through.

Step 2

Slice eggs in half and remove egg yolks from whites.

Step 3

Mix together mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard powder and pickle relish and add egg yolks. Mash together with a fork until a smooth consistency forms.

Step 4
Scoop egg yolk mixture back into egg white halves, top with paprika and serve.
