
BAKED MUSHROOM EGGS!

INGREDIENTS
4 TopLay eggs
4 large portobello mushrooms
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen towel and remove their insides. Bake them for 15min and remove from the oven.
- Crack an egg into each mushroom and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the mushrooms for 20min or until the white is cooked.
