
EGG-IN-A-HOLE BREAKFAST BUN!

INGREDIENTS
4 Toplay eggs
4 Buns
4 Beef patties
Grated cheese
sunflower oil
salt and pepper
butter
INSTRUCTIONS

Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with oil.

Make small holes in the centre of your patties.*

When your pan is ready, add your patties and cook them on the one side for about 2 minutes and flip.

Crack an egg into the centre of each patty, add salt and pepper.
- Butter your burger buns on both sides.

Serve your egg-in-a-hole patty on the bun, and add cheese.
