INGREDIENTS
190 ml self raising flour
2 large TopLay eggs
100 ml milk
30 ml oil
5 ml paprika
5 ml mixed herbs
2.5 ml salt
2.5 ml pepper
25 g biltong (chopped)
Handful of grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

TopLay | Biltong & Cheese Mug Muffin
  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, milk, oil and seasoning.
  2. Once combined, fold in the biltong and cheese.
  3. Grease two mugs and spoon in the mixture until they are half full.
  4. Microwave each muffin on high for two minutes or until it is cooked.
  5. Top with your garnish of choice and enjoy!
