INGREDIENTS
190 ml self raising flour
125 ml sugar
2 TopLay eggs
60 ml milk
60 ml oil
30 ml warm water
2 tbs instant coffee
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
50 g chocolate (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

TopLay | Coffee Mug Cake
  1. Start by mixing the coffee with the warm water until dissolved.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into greased mugs until half full. Microwave on high for 2 min or until cooked.
  4. Top with some melted chocolate and enjoy!
