INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
1/2 cup jam of choice
1 TopLay egg

INSTRUCTIONS

TopLay | Jam Tarts
  1. With a glass or cookie cutter, cut a sheet of puff pastry into circles and place them into a greased muffin tray.
  2. Use a fork to prick holes in the bottom and fill each cup with a teaspoon of your favourite jam.
  3. Eggwash the edges of the pastry and bake at 180°C for 20min or until cooked through.
  4. Allow to cool and enjoy!
