FEELING FESTIVE WITH A CHRISTMAS MUG CAKE!

INGREDIENTS
200 ml all-purpose flour
30 ml treacle sugar
60 ml brown sugar
5 ml baking powder
5 ml ground ginger
5 ml ground cinnamon
2 TopLay eggs
45 ml butter
110 ml milk
INSTRUCTIONS

Add the flour, treacle sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, ground ginger, and ground cinnamon to a bowl and combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, milk and eggs.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Grease two mugs and spoon the mixture until they are two thirds of the way full.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Leave the mug cake to rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle over some icing sugar and decorate with cherries.
