PUT A HEALTHY TWIST ON DESSERT WITH THIS SUGAR-FRIENDLY MUG CAKE!

INGREDIENTS
125 ml self-raising flour
4 tablespoons natural raw honey
1 banana
90 ml milk
1 TopLay egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Extra fruit for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

Mash up the banana with a fork.

Whisk together the milk, eggs, honey, vanilla essence, and honey. Combine with the banana.

Add the flour and mix it all together.

Grease two mugs and spoon in the mixture until they are two thirds of the way full.

Microwave on a high heat for 2 ½ minutes and enjoy!
