ALL YOU NEED IS EGGS FOR THIS
CREAMY CARBONARA RECIPE!

INGREDIENTS
250g diced bacon
250 g spaghetti
2 TopLay eggs
Hard cheese, eg. Parmesan
Black Pepper to serve
INSTRUCTIONS

Put a pan on a medium heat.
- Add the diced bacon to the pan and let it fry slowly, allowing all the fat to cook out.
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
- Crack two TopLay eggs into a bowl. Add a handful of grated hard cheese.
- Once the bacon is brown and crispy, take the pan off the heat.
- Add the scrambled egg mixture to the pasta and toss to combine.
- Serve with freshly cracked black pepper and more grated Parmesan.
