Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are great for any meal, and super easy to make! Add your desired fillings and get cracking!


5min prep + 7min cooking



  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) butter or margarine
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) milk
  • Toppings of your choice
    • Mushrooms (cooked)
    • Bacon (cooked)
    • Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper


Step 1

Whisk together the eggs and milk and season with salt and pepper. Preheat a nonstick pan over high heat and add butter or margarine.

Step 2

Add the egg mixture and stir continuously in a figure 8 pattern.

Step 3

Once the eggs start getting firmer, add your desired toppings and cook until heated through.
