Egg Cups

Egg cups are an easy way to make breakfast for a crowd. Egg cups can also be made ahead and frozen for an on-the-go weekday breakfast. So choose your desired fillings and get baking!


3min prep + 15min cooking



  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • Toppings of your choice
    • Mushrooms (cooked)
    • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
    • Assorted peppers (chopped)
    • Ham
    • Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180ºC. Whisk together the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Add your desired fillings to the egg mixture and mix together. Pour the mixture into muffin tray cups.

Step 3

Bake at 180ºC for 10 – 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
